  • AI conversation memory (long-term context across sessions)

What we're NOT building

Honest about what's off the table:

  • Multi-currency billing — Stripe doesn't make this easy; USD only for v1
  • On-prem deployment — Cloud-only; not changing for v1
  • Enterprise procurement features — Not at our scale yet
  • Whitelabel SaaS for non-CI — Studio tier is the white-label; not building generic
  • AI image generation — Out of scope; users have other tools
  • Custom AI training on customer data — Privacy + cost barriers

Buyer roadmap influence

This roadmap reflects current priorities. If we're acquired:

  • New owner inherits this roadmap
  • Q3 2026 commitments are firm (founder commits to deliver during 30-day transition)
  • Q4 2026+ becomes new owner's decision
  • Founder remains available for strategic guidance during transition
