What we're NOT building
Honest about what's off the table:
- Multi-currency billing — Stripe doesn't make this easy; USD only for v1
- On-prem deployment — Cloud-only; not changing for v1
- Enterprise procurement features — Not at our scale yet
- Whitelabel SaaS for non-CI — Studio tier is the white-label; not building generic
- AI image generation — Out of scope; users have other tools
- Custom AI training on customer data — Privacy + cost barriers
Buyer roadmap influence
This roadmap reflects current priorities. If we're acquired:
- New owner inherits this roadmap
- Q3 2026 commitments are firm (founder commits to deliver during 30-day transition)
- Q4 2026+ becomes new owner's decision
- Founder remains available for strategic guidance during transition
